The IBM Data Protection Services are available on a “per workstation” and “per server” basis. The client software is free and you only pay for the storage used at the data center.

IBM Data Protection Services for Servers is an automated, secure and reliable off-site data backup and recovery service that protects all of your company’s servers including file, database, Exchange and application servers. Server data is retained for duration indicated with each service.

IBM Data Protection Services for Workstations is a fully-managed online data and backup recovery service, meets all critical data protection, business continuity, and financial requirements for both large enterprises and small to mid-sized businesses. Desktop data is automatically retained for a rolling 30-day period.

The client software for Asigra Televaulting by Xilocore is free. Resellers only pay for the storage used on the local machine (uncompressed) and not the amount of storage required at the data center.

Hosted Exchange 2007 by The Message Center

The Message Center Corp. is one of the world's foremost providers of hosted Microsoft Exchange and messaging services. They also have a unique way of working with clients - a “No Hidden Costs” theme.

Hosted Exchange by The Message Center does not have any setup fees, no cancellation fees and comes with an easy multi-client management console linked to the SecureMyCompany Portal.

The Message Center Hosted Exchange services are sold “per mailbox” and each mailbox has its own independent 6GB storage limit. Additional storage can be purchased in 1GB increments.

The Message Center Archive Service is sold in increments of 1GB and is not time limited. To meet certain compliancy, administrators can specify the length of time that email will be stored. After that period, the data will be automatically deleted.
