Are the SecureMyCompany services only for Managed Services Providers (MSPs)?
SecureMyCompany serves a wide range of IT companies, including Managed Services Providers (MSP), Value-Added Resellers (VAR), IT Consultants and independent IT professionals. SecureMyCompany also provides services for corporate IT departments and helpdesks.
Is there a reseller or affiliate program available?
SecureMyCompany does not offer a reseller or affiliate program. All of the SecureMyCompany services are intended for resale by our customers, with or without added value such as labor, expertise or some other type of consulting. The SecureMyCompany services are designed especially for the IT industry and nearly all of SecureMyCompany's customers are Value-Added Resellers (VAR), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or Managed Services Providers (MSP).
Are the SecureMyCompany services only sold month-to-month?
The SecureMyCompany services are only available via a month-to-month agreement. The SecureMyCompany services are a flexible, On Demand platform that helps IT Providers with financing their Managed Services solutions without any setup fees, long-term commitments or cancellation fees.
Does SecureMyCompany offer a Service Level Agreement?
Yes, SecureMyCompany offers one of the most aggressive Service Level Agreements in the Managed Services industry.
What type of support is available?
SecureMyCompany offers unlimited telephone, email, live chat and forum-based support for all customers. The SecureMyCompany helpdesk is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST (GMT -8).
SecureMyCompany also provides all training and support materials to configure, implement and support your clients. Managed Services Providers can access our On Demand video training library, technical documentation and forum at no additional cost.
Where are the applications hosted? How safe is my data?
The Kaseya application is hosted and managed by SecureMyCompany, Inc. Learn more about SecureMyCompany's Data Center.
The McAfee services are hosted and managed by the McAfee Corporation in their Network Operations Center (NOC).
What is the SecureMyCompany Portal?
The SecureMyCompany Portal is the web-based framework that combines all of the SecureMyCompany services into a single, easy-to-use Administrator interface. Administrators login to the SecureMyCompany Portal to easily access all of the applications and services.
The SecureMyCompany Portal provides one-click access to many 3rd-party services using SecureMyCompany's secure Single-Sign-On capability. The SecureMyCompany Portal is also the location for IT Providers to managed their team of administrators, technicians and consultants.
How many administrative and technical service accounts do I get for my employees?
An unlimited number of administrative and technical accounts can be created for any application including the SecureMyCompany Portal.
Does my credit card get billed right away?
All services are automatically free for thirty days or until their quantity is increased. After the free trial period has expired or if you wish to purchase additional services, you will be invited to convert your free trial account to a member account. During the conversion process, you will be asked to input the number of subscriptions for each SecureMyCompany service. The first charge is based on these selections and additional services will be charged immediately on a monthly prorated basis.
How is the monthly fee determined?
Your First Charge - After the free trial period has expired or if you wish to purchase additional services, you will be invited to convert your free trial account to a member account. During the conversion process, you will be asked to input the number of subscriptions for each SecureMyCompany service. The first charge is based on these selections and additional services will be immediately charged to the credit card on file on a pro-rated basis for the month.
Your Monthly Charge - Every month on your billing date, you will be charged in advance based on the current service subscriptions listed in your account.
Are there additional setup fees in addition to the monthly fee?
SecureMyCompany does not have setup fees. SecureMyCompany is a fully automated service that can provision any application or service On Demand.
What's included in the "FREE" trial?
The SecureMyCompany free 30-day trial includes:
- Full access to the Kaseya Managed Services software for 3 computers
- Full access to the McAfee Total Protection software for 3 computers
- Full access to the SecureMyCompany live and recorded training sessions
Do I have to sign a contract?
SecureMyCompany does not require a contract. Customers are not under an obligation when registering for the free trial other than consenting to the license agreement.
Do I have to commit for a certain period of time?
SecureMyCompany does not require any term commitments. All services are paid in advance and sold on a month-to-month basis. Customers can cancel their account at anytime without penalty.
